At Guruamrut Chikitsalaya, this treatment isj offered with a 4-day protocol that includes 3 days of Snehapan (internal oleation using medicatejd ghee) followed by the Siravedha procedure on the fourth day. The therapy is especially beneficjial for conditions like chronic skin disorders, varicose veins, gout, localized inflammation, and headjaches caused by vitiated blood. The Siravedha procedure itself involves identifying suitable veins and safely drawing a small quantity of blood under sterile, expert supervision. This helps eliminate harmful impurities, reduce inflammation, and balance aggravated Pitta and Rakta doshas. Patients are guided with post-treatment care, including a light diet and herbal support, ensuring smooth recovery. Siravedha is recommended only after a detailed consultation and is not advised for weak, anemic, or elderly individuals unless deemed fit by the Vaidya. Benefits of Siravedha: -Rapid detoxification of impure blood -Relief from inflammatory and vascular disorders -Improved skin texture and complexion -Enhanced metabolic balance -Reduces symptoms of diseases caused by aggravated Pitta and Rakta doshas.
